Cobblestone is a fully integrated firm focused on manufactured housing communities and RV resort properties that provides institutional investors and investment managers with access to the attractive manufactured housing community asset class through proprietary funds, off-market joint ventures and expert property management.
The senior managers are seasoned real estate executives who have collectively been involved in the acquisition, underwriting, analysis and investment management of over $1.8 billion of manufactured housing communities in the U.S.
Formed seven years ago to help sophisticated clients harvest manufactured housing community opportunities, Cobblestone has successfully formed proprietary funds, led joint ventures and successfully monetized two institutional-backed joint ventures. Cobblestone currently manages investment-grade properties in Arizona, California, Florida, and Nevada.
Before launching Cobblestone, the principals founded AMC REIT, Inc., a privately held real estate investment trust, to acquire a portfolio of manufactured housing communities. Within two years, AMC improved cash flow and occupancy growth and boosted net operating income growth. The portfolio was sold to a leading institutional investor, generating superior returns to AMC investors.
